Western Snowboard Cross
The Western Snowboardcross program is for riders who have competed in SBX locally or in Western Canada and want to compete in FIS or open events. The Western Snowboardcross program will focus on development of technical and tactical speed and air awareness skills.
The riders will focus on big mountain training as well as spending time training in the permanent SBX track at Lake Louise. The riders will compete on the Western Canadian circuit.
The opportunity to attend Nationals for FIS riders as well as certain North American Cup events can also be arranged. The program fee includes ASA membership, fall dryland training, Christmas camp and coaching for Western Canadian events and Nationals.

Includes: * Training dates can be subject to change based on events/snow conditions*
- On snow training at Lake Louise (Sundays) beginning November 13 (weather permitting)
- 22 evenings at COP
- 10 weeks dryland and gymnastics training
- 3 day Christmas Camp
- ASA membership
- Coaching at Alberta and BC events
- Nationals camp (for qualifying riders)
Travel expenses for events are extra and will be budgeted throughout the season.
