Busy times ahead

The New Year is upon us and that means that there is alot going on.  It has been a good start to the season with above average snowfalls through the end of December being reported in the Mountains.  Surprisingly we have not had any cold weather to speak of yet.  The New Year brings the start of most of our competitions for the competitive programs, as well as the start of our own events being hosted at Lake Louise Ski Area.

The Western SBX Series start January 21/22, 2012 at Lake Louise Ski Area and will go through to mid March with 9 races.  The Performance SBX team starts the North American Cup tour this month and will be travelling until the beginning of April on that tour.  The freestyle group has their first competition next weekend at COP.

The SX group starts their competitions this month with an event at Lake Louise and will travel across Western Canada for the next 3 months competing.  The freeskiers also start competing this month.

Lots going on and everyone will be busy.  We hope to see everyone out at our events being held at Lake Louise.  Enjoy!
